¬†Join us for a 12 -step group using writing as a tool for change and growth. As we work through the steps, we will use prompts from poems to write whatever the moment inspires as a complementary tool for healing. Our supportive group will foster courage, openness, and learning as we relate our words and experiences to anxiety.
