Going Out and Coming back IN

By Karen Pisano

I was raised in a Baptist Church and always had a belief in God yet I found in my life that I was looking for more. I had made a mess of my life thinking it was the ‘right path”.  To my surprise it was the best path to lead me on my spiritual journey. A friend gave me a book to read and it offered… more. That book was the appetizer to read more, try learn more of everything, unhealthy which eventually lead me to Tamar George and to Phoenix Institute, viagra 60mg Pittsburgh.

As a life review, thus far, I know I have found what works for me!  And what does work is a balance of mind, body, spirit.

Spiritually/Mentally;

Through much self-discovery, I have learned how to love myself and how to love others as well.  How to be a better person, become responsible for my own actions and see how my actions affect others. I have found my own personal relationship with Source and have developed trust in that relationship over the years.  I have come to know myself and to be open to hear the messages that Source sends to me. My intent is to live love every day as much as possible and help open the door for others to do the same. I have discovered my ‘purpose’ and grateful every day. I found it is ok to be nice and it’s ok to be compassionate and considerate. Best of all, it is OKAY to be myself.

Body;

I have learned that if you take care of the physical body with exercise and eating healthy, you definitely feel better. I started off being vegetarian and then found my way to eating a vegan/plant based diet. It is a process to do this and it certainly didn’t happen overnight.  My understanding of a vegan diet is that you can hold a higher vibration of spiritual gifts eating this way. And for exercise, boy do I love going to hot yoga …for me it feeds everything, mind, body, and spirit. I also love zumba, because the kid in me loves to express joy and dance.

I have rebuilt my life with these Spiritual statements. Do the best you can, where you are, with what you have at the time.  Don’t judge yourself or others and don’t worry be happy!

A happy love filled spiritual joyful life is possible. I know because I’m living that life.
